channel Earthwork Special construction scheme
Content introduction (II) Earth excavation After the site clearing of the section to be excavated is completed, the section to be backfilled shall be backfilled and compacted and meet the specification requirements before earth excavation. Excavation mainly includes channel earthwork excavation, bridge, bridge and culvert earthwork excavation, box culvert, gate and other earthwork excavation. Excavator shall be used in combination with dump truck to excavate and load, and dump truck shall be used to transport to the designated location. The excavation shall be carried out from top to bottom by machinery, and the whole section shall be excavated in place at one time, and the excavation shall be carried out by sections according to the design section. The corners and places difficult to be excavated by machinery shall be coordinated by manpower. In order not to disturb the base soil layer, 20cm protective layer shall be reserved during mechanical excavation, and manual excavation and trimming shall be carried out. During the construction process, the earth outside the excavation line shall not be disturbed, and the excavation slope shall be controlled according to the design drawings and measurement points and lines. Overexcavation is strictly prohibited, and underexcavation shall be avoided as far as possible. In addition to the earth excavated for embankment construction, the surplus earth shall be bulldozed to the spoil area outside the channel. The slope after mechanical excavation shall be trimmed manually. After excavation, measure and check the excavation section. During construction in rainy season, technical measures shall be taken to ensure project quality and safe construction, so as to prevent rainwater from washing the excavated foundation and slope. (3) Most of the excavated earthwork can be used as filling or spoil nearby. However, due to the construction process, schedule, design and other reasons, some earthwork still needs to be transported within the scope of the section. Earthwork is transported by excavator and dump truck. The earthwork needs to be transported, excavated and loaded by excavator, transported to the spoil location or filling construction section by dump truck, and unloaded at the designated location under the command of a specially assigned person.
