Technical disclosure of independent foundation construction of a project
(1) After the cleaning and foundation trench inspection of cushion pouring, the surface soil and disturbed soil shall be removed, and no ponding shall be left. The cushion concrete construction shall be carried out immediately. The cushion concrete must be vibrated and compacted, and the surface shall be flat. It is strictly prohibited to dry the foundation soil. (2) After the reinforcement binding cushion is poured and the concrete reaches 1.2MPa, the surface snap line is used to bind the reinforcement. The reinforcement binding is not allowed to be missed. The hook part of the column joint bar must be bound at 45 ° with the bottom plate reinforcement. The connection points must be all bound. The first stirrup must be bound at 5cm from the bottom plate, and the last stirrup must be bound at 5cm from the top of the foundation as the elevation control reinforcement and positioning reinforcement, Another locating bar shall be bound at the top of the column joint bar. After the upper and lower stirrups and locating stirrups are bound, the column joint bar shall be adjusted in place and temporarily fixed with a cross shaped wooden frame, and then the remaining stirrups shall be bound to ensure that the column joint bar is not deformed or out of shape. The two locating bars must be replaced after the foundation concrete is poured. After the reinforcement is bound, plastic cushion blocks of the protective layer shall be placed at the bottom and side. The thickness is the design thickness of the protective layer, and the spacing between the cushion blocks shall not be more than 100mm (determined according to the design reinforcement diameter) to prevent the common quality problems of exposed reinforcement. Pay attention to the protection of finished steel bars, and do not collide with the steel bars at will, causing displacement of the steel bars. (3) Formwork installation shall be carried out immediately after the completion of formwork reinforcement binding and relevant professional construction. Small steel formwork or wood formwork shall be used for the formwork, and the scaffold pipe or timber shall be used for reinforcement. When the slope of conical foundation is less than 30 °, inclined formwork shall be used for support, and bolts shall be used to tighten the bottom plate reinforcement to prevent it from floating up. Ventilation and vibration holes shall be set at the upper part of the formwork. When the slope is less than or equal to 30 °, steel wire mesh (spacing of 30cm) shall be used to prevent the concrete from falling down, and cross logs shall be set at the upper opening to control the position of reinforcement. It is not allowed to impact the formwork with heavy objects, and it is not allowed to erect scaffolding on the formwork of hanging wall to ensure that the formwork is firm and tight.
