Building automation system details of a building design scheme
1. Scheme introduction: The scheme is the design scheme of a building automation system. The building automation system of the building adopts the distributed control mode, that is, field area control, computer LAN communication, and finally centralized monitoring and management system control mode. This control mode ensures that each subsystem can be controlled independently, and at the same time, centralized management can be achieved on the central workstation, making the whole system complete in structure and reliable in performance. The network structure of the building automation system can be divided into three levels. The first level is the central workstation, that is, the control center. The central workstation system is composed of a PC host, a color large screen display and a printer. It is the core of the BAS system. The electromechanical equipment monitored in the whole building is centrally managed and displayed here, It can be directly connected with Ethernet; The second stage is a direct digital controller, and the third stage is a sensor and actuator for collecting field signals. The direct digital controller, sensor and actuator are set nearby with the controlled equipment. The building automation system has communication interfaces with the fire alarm system, integrated security system, closed-circuit television monitoring system, parking lot management system and other systems, which is conducive to achieving centralized information management of weak electronic systems, event linkage between systems, and improving the overall decision-making ability of the system.
