The difficulty of steel structure installation in this project is conversion truss, special suspended building and main truss (ST-50 and ST-51); The steel structure in the core tube is the main factor restricting the construction progress. The implementation and organization of the steel structure of the project is the steel structure engineering department of the project. According to the characteristics of the project, the Steel Structure Engineering Department will arrange experienced professional welding responsible engineers, installation responsible engineers, profiled steel plate and stud responsible engineers to take charge of the site construction and provide full-time personnel for batching. According to the calculation of the engineering drawing on March 18, at present, the tower crane on site cannot meet the requirements for the installation of the steel structure above the ground, and a large internal climbing tower must be set up. We select K50/70B internal climbing tower crane, which is installed in the No. 2 core barrel (see Chapter 22 Installation Scheme of Internal Climbing Tower Crane for details). The tower crane is proposed to be officially put into use on July 1. According to the progress of the project, core barrel 1 has been constructed to the fifth floor, core barrel 2 has been constructed to the eighth floor, and core barrel 3 has been constructed to the eighth floor. (See the steel structure construction plan for details). Based on this situation, the steel structure construction can be divided into two stages: below the 8th floor and above the 8th floor. The dividing time is July 1, 2004.
