The basement is heated and the exterior wall of the basement is insulated with 60 thick extruded board. There are 4 fire compartments in the basement. Class A waterproof doors that are closed independently are used when the firewall is opened. Automatic sprinkler is set in the underground parking garage and the front room of the residence. Fire resistant roller shutter is set at the entrance and exit of the parking garage and the lane. The fire resistance limit of the fire resistant roller shutter is>3.0h. Basement waterproofing works shall comply with the Technical Code for Basement Waterproofing (GB50108-2001). See the 0ZJ301 type drawing for the waterproof structure of the basement building. According to the use function of the basement, the waterproof grade is one. The fortification method is that the exterior wall and bottom plate of the basement are cast-in-place impermeable concrete (impermeability grade is S6), waterproof mortar and synthetic polymer coiled material, and the thickness shall not be less than 1.5mm, The method of forming a tee joint for fortification is detailed in the waterproof method and node details of the basement. Construction joints of waterproof concrete The reserved holes, corners, potholes, post cast strips and other parts of the pipes through the wall and the weak links of underground works such as deformation joints shall be treated according to the Code for Acceptance of the Quality of Underground Waterproofing Works GB50208. The basement roof is provided with a gas barrier and a polymer synthetic coiled material with thickness greater than 1.0.
