Project overview The construction site of * * Building Project is located at the junction of * * Middle Avenue and * * Road, * * New District, Nanchang City, with convenient traffic conditions. The main functions are office, gym, canteen, meeting room, etc. The project has 8 floors above the ground and 1 floor below the ground. The building height is 30.90m, 41.30m locally, and the cornice height of the podium building is 13.8m. The total building area is 13512.1m2. The plane shape of the building is like an L shape. The maximum axis size is 60.6 × 24.2 × 36.2 × 21.4m. The local arc basement with radius of 60m, 136m, 142m and 183m is 4.60m high. The first to third floors are 3.60m high, the fourth to seventh floors are 3.90m high, the eighth floor is 4.10m high, the roof machine room is 3.90m high, and the large roof elevation is 30.50m. The local frame on the roof is 6.90m high. The basement is provided with post cast strip at axis 7~8 and axis E~F. The post cast strip shall be poured 60 days after the completion of concrete pouring on both sides. The above ground structure is provided with expansion joints between the main building and the annex building. The project is a Class II high-rise building with a fire resistance rating of Class II above ground and Class I underground. The seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees, and the reasonable service life of the structure design is 50 years. The basement is used as a garage in peacetime and a shelter for Class VI and Class II personnel in wartime. The construction scope covers all works within the scope of construction drawings (except pile foundation, curtain wall, elevator and air conditioner) and outdoor sporadic works.
