2、 Scope of responsibilities 1. As the legal representative of our company, the project manager is responsible for organizing and leading all employees to fully complete the tasks specified in the construction contract according to the project law. Its responsibilities are: (1) Fully responsible for the construction management of the project, strictly implement the ISO9000:2000 quality system document Quality Management Manual, and be responsible for the management of the project as the first manager. (2) Establish the management and operation level of the project according to the flexible preparation; Optimize and organize resource allocation according to dynamic management requirements. Conduct production command, technical management, safety and quality inspection on the construction team to ensure that the construction task is completed according to the contract duration. (3) Reasonable use and allocation of funds. Make good use of the start-up fund allocated by the company and the advance payment and calculated price allocated by the construction unit. Control the cost of the construction phase and the cost of the final accounts of completion. (4) Conscientiously perform the construction contract, coordinate the internal and external relations, and solve the problems existing in the construction. (5) Strengthen total quality management, ensure that project quality meets national standards and contract requirements, build projects with safety, quality, efficiency and low cost, and enhance the company's market competitiveness. (6) Work safety shall be ensured, working conditions shall be improved, safety awareness of employees shall be improved, and personal injury, machine failure and fire accidents shall be eliminated. (7) Have the right to negotiate with customers (construction units) to solve problems in construction on behalf of the company and deal with all matters related to this contract. (8) Have the right to temporarily handle accidents, but must report in time afterwards. 2. The Deputy Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in on-site organization and command, safety and quality management, civilized construction management, material and equipment use and allocation management, inspection and supervision of the implementation of the construction plan, presiding over the shift handover meeting, and presiding over the handling of daily production problems on the construction site. Take direct leadership responsibility for the construction progress, safe production and civilized construction of the project. 3. Responsibilities of the technical director of the project (1) Assist the project manager in the overall management of the construction of this section, and preside over the implementation of the technical management and construction scheme of this project. (2) Assist the Project Manager in construction progress control, quality control, safe production, civilized construction and cost control. (3) Preside over the preparation of practical construction organization design, annual and quarterly construction production plan, cost plan and material and equipment supply plan, and take charge of the preparation of various supporting measures. (4) Preside over the operation of ISO9001 quality system in this project, the preparation of quality plan and the implementation of excellence creation plan, the organization of technical breakthrough and total quality management of the project, and the major technical disclosure. (5) Preside over major design changes and scheme changes, and review general design changes and scheme changes. (6) Review the control survey scheme, construction monitoring scheme and its results, and review the inspection and test data of main materials, main engineering parts and acceptance data of sub divisional and sub divisional works. (7) Preside over routine safety and quality progress inspection. (8) Assist the project manager in the preliminary internal inspection of unit works and the whole bid section, preside over the preparation of project completion documents, and participate in the completion handover. Professional engineer: (1) Responsible for preparing the construction plan, accounting the quantities, controlling the construction progress, coordinating the relationship between relevant parties and on-site construction organization. (2) Ensure the quality and progress of the overall project, and undertake various technical implementation plans and measures. (3) Be responsible for various points, lines and elevations necessary for site construction to ensure the accuracy of construction. (4) Organize and accumulate survey results. 5. Quality inspection engineer and test engineer: (1) Responsible for on-site quality management and construction process quality control. (2) Be responsible for quality inspection and acceptance of incoming raw materials. (3) Be responsible for all tests and inspections of the whole project, and provide test basis for construction. (4) Responsible for all tests of the project, including various raw material tests, geotechnical tests, mix ratio tests, strength tests and various quality inspection tests of mortar, stabilized soil or other mixtures, and making test reports. (5) Be responsible for relevant test and inspection on site. (6) Be responsible for receiving, sending and archiving of correspondence documents, and feed back various information in time. 6. Person in charge of planning and statistics: (1) Responsible for the purchase and management of raw materials, and responsible for the cost and quality of purchased materials. (2) Be responsible for the management, maintenance and emergency repair of construction machinery and equipment. (3) Responsible for engineering technology office work, contract management, etc. (4) Organize, summarize and report monthly measurement and payment data and statements. 7. Person in charge of safety and civilized construction: (1) Responsible for safety management and security work (fire prevention, anti-theft, traffic safety, construction safety, construction and domestic electricity, etc.), and coordinate local relations. (2) Be responsible for civilized construction and environmental protection on site. 8. Financial director: (1) Responsible for the fixed assets account of the project department. (2) Supervise and manage the current funds of the Project Department, be responsible for cost accounting, and provide basis for project cost control and management
