The building includes a 38 story 153.5 meter high main building A, a 43.75 meter high digital triumphal arch of building B, and a podium building. The total air conditioning area is 76000 square meters, accounting for 63.5% of the building area. Project characteristics: the project has a large building area and a high height (three floors underground and thirty-eight floors above the ground), which is a super high-rise building. A variety of new materials and processes are used for ventilation and air conditioning works, such as VAV variable air volume air conditioning system is used for the ventilation and air conditioning system in the tower office area, podium office area and small meeting area, and the main air duct of VAV system is made of machine-made oval air duct.
