Equipment installation and construction organization of 40000 m2 industrial plant design scheme (Word format)
A factory covers an area of 84830 ㎡ and a building area of 41000 ㎡, including 10000 ㎡ for the main workshop. The project investment is 200 million yuan, including 11.9 million yuan for equipment installation. The plane layout of the plant is shown in Figure 7. There are 15 sub projects, including main workshop, air compression station, auxiliary workshop, boiler room, heavy oil station, water supply station, gas compression station, raw material warehouse, warehouse, sewage treatment station, power transformation and distribution room, office building, complex building, garage and bicycle shed. The quantities of mechanical equipment installation in the whole plant are shown in Table 7. A total of 136 sets of various types of mechanical equipment are installed, with a weight of 2599t, a track length of 1160m, and 102.6t of component processing and fabrication.
