Establish the "Shijiazhuang Expressway Project NRC-9 Bid Section Project Management Department", implement the project manager responsibility system, and organize the construction according to the project law. The Project Management Department is fully responsible for organizing, directing and coordinating the on-site construction, and closely cooperating with the Owner, the Supervisor and the Designer to do a good job in construction organization, external coordination and various security work. The implementation of this project adopts the two-level management mode of project department and labor team. The Project Management Department consists of nine functional departments, namely, the Engineering Technology Department, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, the Planning and Contract Department, the Finance Department, the Materials and Equipment Department, the Site Laboratory, the General Affairs Department, the Migrant Workers' Wage Management Office, and the Archives; Five professional construction teams will be allocated for construction.
