Safety monitoring measures for a road rock blasting project in Haikou
Content introduction Section II. Rock blasting process flow, operating points and precautions Leveling working face position Setting out Borehole position Checking charging and plugging network connection Safety alert After blasting order is issued, check and remove alert Attach rock blasting process flow chart 1. Leveling working face: first set out the cutting slope excavation line before construction, and clean up the site topsoil Vegetation, etc. The flat working face shall be drilled by pneumatic drill, leveled by shallow hole blasting bulldozer, and the bench width shall meet the requirements of safe operation and free movement of the drill, and the blast hole can be drilled and chiseled according to the design direction. 2. Setting out of hole position: measure and set out the hole position according to the design drawing, and arrange holes from the edge of the step. To ensure the safe operation of the drill, a certain distance shall be reserved between the edge hole and the edge of the step. The blasthole shall not be arranged on loose rock stratum, joint development or rock with large lithological change. In case of these conditions, the hole position can be adjusted. When adjusting the hole position, pay attention to the relationship between the resistance line, row spacing and hole spacing 4. Hole position inspection: before charging, check the depth and wall of each hole. The hole depth shall be measured with a measuring rope tied with a heavy hammer, and the hole wall shall be checked with a long gun stick inserted into the hole to check whether it is blocked. When checking the measurement, a record must be made. If the measured minimum resistance line value of the hole depth is inconsistent with the design value or new geological structure is found, the charge amount shall be recalculated or the charge structure shall be adjusted according to the actual situation. The charge must be checked. Inspection error standard: hole depth is ± 0.5m, open hole spacing and row spacing are ± 0.3m. If it is found that the hole depth is not enough, the number of holes is not enough, and the holes and through-holes are blocked, it must be subsidized, repaired, cleaned and blocked. 5. Charging: the charging is manual operation, and the continuous columnar charging and interval charging structure can be adopted. The full charge amount and charge position shall be in accordance with the design requirements. Large diameter packed ammonium nitrate explosives can be used as explosives. When there is water in the blast hole, the water shall be discharged completely, otherwise, waterproof explosives shall be used instead. The charge in the hole shall be positioned quantitatively to prevent hole jamming. When carrying explosives manually, each person shall carry no more than one box each time. When moving, the handling workers shall keep a distance of more than 1m, and 5m when going up and down the slope. The detonating body, detonating cartridge or connected detonator can only be carried by the blaster. It is strictly prohibited to throw down the detonating cartridge or explosive cartridge with high sensitivity during charging. After the detonating cartridge is packed, it is not allowed to throw down the explosive roll. If the charge is jammed, it can be treated with copper or metal long rod before the detonator and detonating agent are put in. It is strictly prohibited to shock the explosive strongly. The lighting line must be well insulated, and the bulb should be installed with a protective cover. From the time when the detonating cartridge or detonator with electric detonator is transported in, the power must be cut off, and the battery lamp, safety lamp or insulated flashlight should be used for lighting. 6. Blocking: the compactness and quality of the blocking must be ensured to avoid the upward escape of explosive gas, which will affect the blasting effect and produce flying rocks. Good plugging can not only improve the blasting effect but also reduce the generation of harmful gas. The blocking material shall be stone chip powder, fine sand and clay. During the blocking process, attention must be paid to protecting the electric blasting circuit. A special person shall be assigned to check the circuit and measure the resistance value, so that the measurement and protection can be carried out as the blocking occurs. When blocking, it is prohibited to use open fire for lighting, and the detonator's fuse, fuse or detonator tube shall not be pulled too tightly and damaged by blocking. When blocking, do not tamp the blocking objects that are close to the detonating cartridge to prevent vibration detonator from causing explosion, and the rest of the blocking objects shall be tamped gently to prevent tamping the fuse or detonator's fuse.
