1、 Pipeline works 1. Water supply and drainage system (1) The water source of the plant area is connected to the municipal water supply pipe from Liudajie Street and Hanxing Road, the inlet pipe is DN150, and the water is supplied by the two municipal pipe networks through DN100 pipes. (2) The maximum daily water consumption of the project is 1.0 m3/d for water supply, 1.0 m3/d for drainage, and 15 L/S for indoor hydrant system. ⑶ Water supply shall be subject to hydrostatic test at 0.6MPa, fire protection shall be subject to hydrostatic test at 0.9MPa, and drainage shall be subject to water filling test, which shall be accepted as per GB50242-2002. 2. Pipe material and anti-corrosion (1) The water supply pipe is connected by PP-R pipe hot melting, (the hot water pipe is hot water type) and installed according to the manufacturer's regulations. (2) The drainage pipe is bonded with white noise reducing upvc sewer plastic pipe,. One expansion joint shall be added to each layer for burial, and the protruding part shall be bonded with special solid wall plastic drainage pipe. ⑶ The fire pipe shall be hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, and those with DN ≤ 100 shall be connected by wire, those with DN ≥ 100 shall be connected by clamp. The exposed pipeline shall be painted with two layers of silver paint, and those buried shall be painted with two layers of asphalt paint for corrosion prevention. 2、 Electrical engineering 1. Load level and power line laying ⑴ According to the nature of the building, the power distribution is based on the three-level load, the system grounding form is TN-C-S system, the YJV22 cable is buried to lead into the lighting, and the compression resistant and flame retardant PVC pipe for power is concealed along the wall and ground roof, and the lighting branch is BV-n * 2.5mm, Two to three wires pass through PVC15, four to five wires pass through PVC20, and six to eight wires pass through PVC32. 2. Lightning protection and grounding ⑴ The project belongs to Class III lightning protection building. ⑵ Ф 10 galvanized round steel is used along the roof to make a circle of lightning strip on the roof. ⑶ In the design, four main reinforcements of the column are used as the down lead, and 1.8m above the ground is used as the test clip. ⑷ The foundation reinforcement mesh shared with the protective grounding of the power distribution system is natural pole grounding.
