exceed High rise building Example analysis of core tube and elevator design (86 pages in total)
The research team took part in the design of some super high-rise buildings in recent years - Shenzhen Jingji Financial Center Building (100 floors, 441.8m high) (Figure 1-1), Guangzhou Qiaoxin Pearl River New Town Plot F1-1 Project (45 floors, 227.7m high) (hereinafter referred to as Qiaoxin Building, Figure 1-2), Guangzhou Jiayu Pearl River New Town Plot F2-2 Project (46 floors, 189.5m high) (hereinafter referred to as Jiayu Building, Figure 1-3) The core tube and elevator design of Shanghai Jinmao Building (88 floors, 420.5m high) (Figure 1-4) and Shanghai World Financial Center (101 floors, 492.5m high) (Figure 1-5) and other examples are comprehensively analyzed into a paper for the reference of the design personnel of the company, so as to lead the way. The core tube of a super high-rise building is poured from reinforced concrete, which gathers service spaces such as elevator shaft, fire staircase and antechamber, electromechanical equipment room, pipe shaft and toilet. The size, location and layout of the core tube are closely related to building functions, building shape and plane shape.
