The project is a reconstruction project of 3 # and 4 # tower residential buildings in Dongyi District, which is designed by a design institute in Beijing and supervised by a project construction supervision company in Beijing. It is located in a certain area, adjacent to the workers' club in a certain area to the north. The east-west distance between buildings 3 # and 4 # is 41.56m. The plane shape of the two floors is similar to a "square" shape. The north-south length is 34.620m, and the east-west width is 30.820m. The building area of building 3 # is 19976.48 square meters, and that of building 4 # is 19890.08 square meters. The total building area is 39866.56 square meters. The total building height is 61.6m, the eaves height is 54m, and the indoor and outdoor height difference is 0.9m, The buried depth of the foundation slab is -8.76m (locally -10.66m), and the main building above the ground is 20 floors (the second floor of local platform withdrawal includes the roof elevator machine room and water tank room, totaling 22 floors). The standard floor height is 2.7m, and the floor height of the water tank room and elevator machine room out of the roof is 2.2m and 3.6m respectively. The second underground floor of the project, the first underground floor of building 3 # is a bicycle garage, and the second underground floor is a Grade V civil air defense and hostel, with civil air defense entrances and exits. The first underground floor of Building 4 # is a bicycle garage, and the second underground floor is a guest house. Each standard floor of the two buildings has five types of house, namely, A, B, C, D, E, F, 10 households in total, and 376 households are arranged. The project is a full cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structure, with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees, seismic grade of frame support layer of Level I, and general shear wall of Level II.
