Technical principles of automatic switching device for standby power supply in substation
1.1 This technical principle is proposed in order to strengthen the management of automatic switching device for standby power supply of substation (hereinafter referred to as automatic switching device for standby power supply, excluding automatic switching device for standby power supply of station) and reduce accident losses. 1.2 All substations that have the conditions for installation of standby automatic switching must be installed with standby automatic switching device. At present, the standby automatic switching device should be used at 110KV and below voltage levels. In principle, the mode of secondary standby automatic switching (including the second substation and the second voltage level) is not considered. 1.3 The selected standby automatic switching device must meet the General Technical Conditions for Static Relay Protection and Security Automatic Device (DL/T478-2001), the Technical Guidelines for Microcomputer Relay Protection in Power System (DL/T769-2001), and have passed the inspection of the national quality testing center with mature operation experience. 1.4 When signing the technical agreement with the manufacturer, the main operation mode and standby automatic switching mode of the substation shall be specified. 1.5 This technical principle is applicable to the substation of an electric power company in Hunan Province, and other substations connected to the power grid in Hunan Province shall refer to it.
