01SG515 light roof trapezoidal steel roof truss

[Bachelor] A trapezoidal steel roof truss is designed. The span of a factory building is 21m/24m, the total length is 90m, the column spacing is 6m, and the bottom chord elevation of the roof truss is 18m. The roof truss is hinged on the top of the reinforced concrete column, the upper column section is 400 × 400, and the concrete strength grade is C30. The roof adopts 1.5 × 6m large prestressed reinforced concrete roof slab. (Roof panel is not considered as support). The workshop is located in Nanjing, Beijing and Harbin (note the different values of snow load). Trapezoidal steel roof truss is adopted. The contents include: 1. Drawings: roof structure layout, roof truss upper chord support layout, roof truss lower chord support layout, roof ridge node diagram, lower chord splicing node, support node. 2. Calculation sheet: course design assignment, course design instruction, load table, roof truss member section selection table. 　　

Including: steel roof truss details and material list, roof structure layout, roof truss upper chord support layout, roof truss lower chord support layout, support details, etc.

Supplementary note: the project is a 24m single span trapezoidal steel roof truss structure, and the roof truss is mainly made of angle steel. It is 84 meters long and 24 meters wide. The column spacing is 7.5m.

A metalworking workshop in Beijing. The purlin free roof system and trapezoidal steel roof truss are adopted. The workshop has a span of 21m, a length of 144m, a column spacing of 6m, and a plant height of 15.7m. There are two 150/520kN intermediate working cranes in the workshop. The design temperature is higher than - 20 ℃. Three felts and four oils are used, and pebbles waterproof roof, cement mortar leveling layer, 8cm thick foam concrete insulation layer, 1.5m × 6.0m prestressed concrete large roof panel are paved on it. The ash load of roof area is 0.6kN/m2, the live load of roof is 0.35kN/m2, the snow load is 0.45kN/m2, and the wind load is 0.5kN/m2. The roof truss is hinged on the reinforced concrete column, the upper column section is 400mm × 400mm, and the concrete grade is C20.
