The main functions of the project are waterlogging drainage, flood control and water environment improvement. The control area of rainwater collection is 15.1 square kilometers. Xxx waterlogging drainage design standard is based on the 9-year 24 hour rainstorm, with a design flow of 27.6m3/s, 3 pump stations installed, and the total installed capacity controlled at about 2130kw. It is a medium-sized project, and the project grade is Grade III, the main buildings are Grade 3, the secondary buildings are Grade 4, and the temporary buildings are Grade 5. The flood control standard of the pump station (including its 4 sluices) is designed according to the 50 year return period and checked according to the 100 year return period. The designed external water level for flood control is 4.65m, the checked external water level for flood control is 4.83m and the internal water level is 0.3m. (2) The project layout and the site of the main building pump station are located at the outer cellar sand enclosure of Zhongshun Dawei. The main powerhouse is of dike back type, and the pump house is of block foundation type. The plane layout of the pump station is as follows: a new flood dike is built on the Bund according to the standard, and the main pump house is located between the old and new levees. The straight pipe outlet channel is used, the flap gate is cut off, and it is connected to the flood gate through the new levee; The approach channel is connected with the central transverse river through low sand surge; The approach channel is equipped with a cleaning bridge and a cleaning machine. The main buildings include diversion canal, trash rack, forebay, clean sewage bridge, main pump house, outlet culvert, outlet pool, flood gate, new flood embankment, etc. Diversion channel: channel bottom width is 22m, and channel bottom elevation is -1.60m~-2.00m. Forebay: the bottom elevation of forebay is -2.00m ~ -4.90m, the bottom width is 16.5m ~ 22.0m, the length of forebay is 20m, and the diffusion angle is 15.66 °. Cleaning and sewage bridge: 25m away from the pump house, and built together with the traffic bridge. The cleaning and sewage bridge has a width of 8.00m, a total of 5 spans, a total length of 23.00m, and a bottom height of -2.00m. It is equipped with GH4800 grille cleaner and PD900 belt conveyor. Trash rack: Trash rack shall be set at the junction of inlet channel and diversion channel of pump station to reduce the load of trash cleaning machine; The trash rack is obliquely crossed with the diversion channel, with a total length of 27.48m, a bottom height of -2.00m, a deck width of 4.50m, and a deck elevation of 1.80m. Main power house: Ermingdou pump station adopts three 1600ZLQ9-5 vertical axial flow pumps, and the supporting motor is TL79-20/2150. Conical inlet channel is adopted, and a crane is set in the main pump room. (3) Electromechanical equipment and metal structure water pump and motor: the water pump model is 1600ZLQ9-5, and the matching motor is TL79-20/2150,9KV voltage class. Water supply system: the water supply objects include water for main shaft sealing, water guide bearing cooling and lubrication, fire water, and a small amount of domestic water in the station. Tap water is selected as the water supply source. DN150 water supply pipe is selected to connect with the main water supply pipe of the water supply company, and the pressure regulating and stabilizing valve is used for pressure reducing water supply of the unit lubrication and cooling water. Main wiring scheme: single circuit incoming line, single bus connection, no segmentation. Secondary wiring and relay protection: the secondary rated voltage of the pump station is 90V, and the rated current is 5A. DC system adopts a set of maintenance free lead-acid batteries. The DC voltage is 220V and the capacity is 70AH. The relay protection device adopts comprehensive protection relay. Lifting equipment: select one LDA-9T bridge crane with a span of 9.5m. The computer monitoring system and image monitoring system are used to control the operation of the pump station. Station transformer: SCB8-315/9 transformer. Natural ventilation is adopted for pump room ventilation, and duct ventilation is adopted for motor exhaust. The rotor blades of the motor are used for exhaust. The central control room is equipped with air conditioning devices. Lightning protection and grounding device: fence type metal lightning protection belt is set on the top of the main power house, auxiliary power house and auxiliary buildings. Valve type lightning arresters are equipped at the side of 9KV bus and high-voltage distribution cabinet. The neutral point and shell of transformer, lightning arrester, shell of distribution cabinet, cable protection steel pipe, cable metal sheath, normally uncharged and charged body insulated metal, framework, etc. shall be reliably grounded. Fire fighting: fire hydrants are set around ground buildings, outdoor electrical equipment, main power house and auxiliary power house in the station area. The transformer room, high and low voltage distribution equipment room, central control room and other places are equipped with handcart halon fire extinguishers. The power cable and control cable laid overhead between the unit sections shall be laid in layers, and the fire separation facilities shall be set at the external wall of the pump house and the cable branch connection.
