Shield construction quality and acceptance standard (Draft for deliberation)
1 General 1.0.1 In order to strengthen the construction management of the shield tunneling project and ensure the project safety, environmental safety and project quality during the construction process, this specification is formulated to unify the construction technology and quality acceptance standards of the shield tunneling project. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of shield tunneling and prefabricated segment assembly tunnel structure. 1.0.3 The shield referred to in this specification includes the shield of various prefabricated segment shaped tunnels such as earth pressure balance, mud water balance, etc. 1.0.4 The requirements for construction and quality in the contract and engineering technical documents of shield tunneling project shall not be lower than those specified in this specification. 1.0.5 During the construction of shield tunneling project, adjacent buildings (structures), underground pipe networks, etc. shall be monitored. For important buildings or buildings with special protection requirements, necessary technical measures shall be taken as required to ensure construction safety. 1.0.6 The construction and quality acceptance of shield tunneling project shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the provisions of current national standards.
