Technical disclosure of cable laying in a residential building
1.1 Equipment and material requirements: 1.1.1 All material specifications, models and voltage levels shall meet the design requirements, and shall be provided with product certificates. 1.1.2 Cable specification, model, voltage grade, length and ex factory date shall be marked on each axle of cable. The cable shaft shall be intact. 1.1.3 The appearance of the cable shall be intact, free from mechanical damage, obvious wrinkles and distortions, and the cable sheath and insulation layer shall be free from aging and cracks. 1.1.4 All kinds of metal profile steel shall be free from obvious corrosion and burr in the pipe. All fastening bolts shall be galvanized. 1.1.5 Other auxiliary materials: cable signboard, nylon tape, etc. shall meet the requirements. 1.2 Main machines and tools: 1.2.1 Electric machines and tools, supports and shafts for cable laying, cable rollers, steering guide wheels, lifting chains, pulleys, steel wire ropes, hemp ropes and jacks. 1.2.2 Insulation megger (1KV), tape measure, hacksaw, hammer, wrench, electrical welding tools, electrical tools. 1.2.3 Radio walkie talkie (or simple telephone), hand-held loudspeaker (multi-functional amplifier can be used for communication if possible). 1.3 Operating conditions: 1.3.1 Civil works shall meet the following conditions: 1.3.1.1 The reserved holes and embedded parts shall meet the design requirements, and the embedded parts shall be installed firmly with qualified strength. 1.3.1.2 The formwork and other facilities along the cable have been removed. The site is clean and the road is unblocked. 1.3.1.3 Scaffold for cable laying is erected and meets safety requirements, and the illumination along the cable meets construction requirements. 1.3.1.4 Before laying cable lines, the work to be completed by civil engineering must be completed. 1.3.2 Equipment installation shall meet the following conditions 1.3.2.1 During cable laying, all cable trays shall be installed and inspected as qualified. 1.3.2.2 All electrical equipment and distribution cabinets of electric equipment in the transformation and distribution room have been installed. 1.3.2.3 The cable tray, cable tray, cable support, cable conduit and protective tube are installed and inspected as qualified. 1.3.2.4 The installation of cable lines shall be carried out according to the construction drawings.
