[Abstract] Trench earthwork construction ①, foundation treatment. Before construction, the geological data and soil bearing capacity shall be known first, and the pit test shall be carried out on site. If the bearing capacity of the soil foundation is insufficient, the requirements for the foundation shall be proposed according to the design, and reinforcement measures shall be taken, such as expanding the foundation, replacing the foundation and tamping. In view of the fact that the buried depth and cross section of the project have little change, it is preliminarily proposed to adopt manual one-step slotting. ② Before trench excavation, be familiar with relevant safety regulations, trench bottom elevation and width, and prevent over excavation. ③ When excavating the trench, ensure that the soil structure at the bottom of the trench is not damaged or disturbed. Reserve a layer of about 5cm above the designed elevation of the trench bottom, and do not dig, and manually clean the bottom. In case of rainstorm or rainy season, a collection ditch and a sump should be set at one side of the trench to ensure that the trench is not soaked. ④ Excavation requirements: a. The trench excavation in the lower wet field must be carried out for the second time: at least 20cm shall be reserved for the first time, and the excavation shall be carried out to the design elevation before pouring the concrete bottom plate or installing the U-shaped and L-shaped prefabricated parts. b、 It is strictly prohibited to disturb the soil at the bottom of the trench. In case of over excavation, if the depth is within 15cm, the original soil shall be used for backfilling and compaction to ensure its density is not lower than the original foundation soil. c、 After the trench excavation reaches the elevation, the slag shall be removed and the bottom of the trench shall not be soaked in water. d、 When excavating the trench section, the best working face set out for trench excavation shall be determined according to the soil type, which can work.
