1. The six disciplines of safety production must be observed when entering the site. 2. Pipes, cables and other buried objects found in excavation shall be reported in time and shall not be disposed without authorization. 3. Pay attention to the stability of the soil wall during excavation. When cracks and possible collapse are found, the personnel shall leave immediately and deal with them in a timely manner. 4. For manual excavation, the distance between the front and rear operators shall not be less than 2~3m, and the soil stacking shall be more than 1m, and the height shall not exceed 1.5m. 5. The stability of soil wall and support must be checked every day or after rain, and the work must be continued under the condition of ensuring safety, and soil and other objects shall not be piled on the support, and it is not allowed to walk or stand under the support. 6. Before mechanical excavation, check the clutch, wire rope, etc., and start the operation after the no-load test run is normal. 7. The shovel shall not be too deep and the lifting shall not be too violent during mechanical operation. 8. The machinery shall not work under the transmission line, but shall work on one side of the transmission line. In any case, the nearest distance between any part of the machinery and the overhead transmission line shall meet the requirements of safety operation regulations. 9. The machinery shall be stopped on a solid foundation. If the foundation is too poor, the walkway board and other reinforcement measures shall be taken. The excavator track shall not be stopped or driven 2m parallel to the excavated foundation pit. The truck should not run parallel to the foundation pit to prevent collapse and overturning. 10. Manual excavation shall be adopted within 1m from both sides of the cable. 11. Cooperate with the slope cleaning and bottom cleaning workers of the dragline, and do not work under the mechanical turning radius. 12. Unloading the soil onto the vehicle shall be carried out after the vehicle stops stably. Do not allow the bucket to pass over the cab. 13. A 1.5m high guardrail must be set around the foundation pit, and a certain number of temporary construction stairs must be set up. 14. The roads in the site shall be repaired in time to ensure the safety and smoothness of vehicles. All vehicles shall be commanded and guided by special personnel. 15. Under the sidewalk at the entrance and exit of vehicles, if there are underground pipelines, thick steel plates must be laid or concrete poured for reinforcement. 16. When excavating the cup foundation pit, practical drainage measures must be taken to avoid ponding in the foundation pit and affecting the soil structure of the foundation pit. 17. Before the excavation of foundation pit, the pipeline arrangement and geological mining data under the foundation pit must be found out to facilitate the consideration of unexpected emergency measures (quicksand and other special circumstances) during the excavation process. 18. The slope and bottom cleaning personnel must do a good job of bottom cleaning according to the design elevation, and no over excavation is allowed. In case of over excavation, loose soil shall not be backfilled to avoid affecting the quality of foundation. 19. The excavated earthwork shall be stacked in strict accordance with the organization design, and shall not be stacked outside the foundation pit, so as not to cause the ground surcharge to cause soil displacement, sheet pile displacement or support damage. 20. The excavation machinery shall not collide with the support during construction, so as to avoid the support damage or tensile damage. 21. Earth excavation order must be provided for earth excavation.
