Count the quantity according to the supply contract and the equipment packing list, check the name, model, model, motor, transmission connection method, etc. of the equipment according to the construction drawings, and also check whether there is obvious deformation, corrosion, bruise, etc. on the surface. The inspection and verification data shall be recorded, and the Equipment Unpacking Record Form shall be filled in and signed by the representative of the construction unit, the supplier and the construction party. The inspection data shall be kept as the completion data for backup. After the unpacking inspection of the equipment, the qualified equipment shall be kept or directly transported to the site for installation.
