The construction coordinates of the industrial reservoir structure are the building coordinates of the power plant, ± 0.00m is equivalent to the 1985 national elevation datum of 570.40m, the elevation is in meters, and other dimensions are in millimeters. The project is located on the east side of the newly built demineralized water tank and the north side of the comprehensive water pump house. Six domestic fire and industrial reservoirs are arranged in a rectangular double row layout. The size of each reservoir is 31.225m * 29.4m, the net height is 5.0m, and the storage capacity of each reservoir is about 4000m3. The foundation of the project adopts natural foundation, and the foundation bearing stratum is strongly weathered mudstone. During earthwork excavation, the foundation soil shall be excavated 0.5m away from the elevation of the foundation base, and the natural state of the bearing stratum shall be maintained. After the excavation is completed, the strongly weathered mudstone bearing stratum exposed to the air shall be immediately sealed with 300 mm thick C20 plain concrete and padded to the base elevation. The project adopts reinforced concrete structure, the foundation cushion is C20 concrete, the pool body concrete is C40, the impermeability mark of the pool concrete is W8, the frost resistance mark is F150, the HPB3O0 first grade rebar is used when the rebar diameter is ≤ 10, and the HRB400 third grade rebar is used when the diameter is>10. The thickness of the reinforced concrete protective layer of the bottom plate and side wall of the pool is 50mm, the thickness of the reinforced concrete protective layer of the column and top plate of the pool is 35mm, and the thickness of the rest is 30mm. In this project, the bottom elevation of the bottom plate of each pool is -2.9m, the thickness of the bottom plate is 300mm, the thickness of the side wall is 300mm, the top elevation of the top plate is 2.4m, the thickness of the top plate is 200mm, and the top surface of the pool is made with a drainage slope of 2~3 ‰. Each pool has 36 columns in total, the column section size is 350 * 350, and the column height is 5.5m (including the thickness of the column cap). In this project, four layers of epoxy asphalt coating shall be applied to the surface of the external surface of the pool concrete and enclosure wall in contact with the soil, and the dry film thickness of the coating shall be ≥ 500 μ m. All exposed iron parts shall be primed with red lead and painted with two coats of antirust paint. After construction, sand and gravel shall be used for backfilling in layers from the foundation bottom to - 1.0m, with the rolling coefficient not less than 0.96 and the characteristic value of bearing capacity not less than 200KPa. Plain soil shall be used for backfilling in layers from - 1.0m to the ground, with the layer thickness not more than 300mm and the compaction coefficient not less than 0.94.
