1. Construction process flow (1) Concrete surface treatment In order to obtain a good bonding effect, the bonding surface must be treated first: remove the broken part of the concrete surface, chisel and chisel to expose the aggregate, and then remove the floating dust with a steel brush or compressed air, or use sandblasting technology to treat the surface, and wipe the component surface with acetone before pasting. (2) When bolts are used to pressurize the drilling, holes must be drilled on the bottom surface of steel plates and components in advance, and the drilling shall be arranged in quincunx shape. (3) Preparation of adhesive The mixing of epoxy resin adhesive shall be strictly controlled. The mixing shall be even. The amount of mixing at one time shall not be too much. It shall be used as soon as it is mixed. It is best to use it up within one hour. (4) Generally, the steel plate is pasted with the coating mixing method. First, a thin layer of epoxy resin glue is applied on the surface of the concrete and steel plate, and then a layer of epoxy resin glue (mortar) is applied on the steel plate. The thickness of the coating should be 1~3 mm. The glue layer should be thick in the middle and thin at the edge. Bubbles are squeezed out. Finally, the steel plate is pasted on the concrete surface and pressed into shape, Extrude the excess glue along the edge of the steel plate to make the steel plate close to the concrete surface. (5) Pressurization After the steel plate is pasted, the steel plate must be pressurized. Generally, bolts are used for pressurization. During construction, Φ 12mm bolts are embedded on the concrete according to the pre drilled holes. After the steel plate is pasted, screw the nuts immediately for pressurization. The fixed and pressurized steel plates shall be immediately clamped with a special U-shaped clamp or supported with a wooden pole after being pasted, and the pressure shall be kept at 0.05MPa~0.1MPa, so that the glue just extrudes from the edge seam of the steel plate. (6) Check the pasting quality. After the steel plate is pasted and formed, check whether there is a cavity between the steel plate and the concrete. If there is any cavity, it shall be filled with cementitious agent in time. If the remedial measures are not effective, the steel plate shall be removed and reattached after treatment. (7) Surface protection treatment After the epoxy resin mortar is solidified, remove the dirt on the surface of the steel plate, use a steel brush to remove rust, and apply a layer of gum grout to cover the surface. (8) Coating protection After the inspection and confirmation that the bonding and curing effect of steel plate and strip meet the design and specification requirements, the surface of the bonded steel plate shall be coated and protected according to the design requirements.
