This design is the HVAC design of a commercial area in Xiangfan. According to the owner's requirements, this design is mainly based on A1 area, and other areas only reserve capacity and equipment positions in the refrigeration room in the basement of A1 area, and embed the outlet casing. In A1 area, only the shopping mall on the third floor is equipped with centralized air conditioning. On the second floor, capacity and location are reserved in the basement refrigeration room, and pipeline wells are also reserved. The design content of this construction drawing includes the design of air conditioning, ventilation and smoke control and exhaust system in Zone A1 of Xiangfan Central Business District. a. Air conditioning design: the basement is reserved for the refrigeration room, and the cooling range is A1 area, the second and third floors, A2 area, A3 area and C area. According to the functional divisions of the project and the requirements of the owner, the third floor of A1 area is equipped with centralized air conditioning for cooling in summer and air supply in other seasons. It is possible to add central air conditioning on the second floor of A1 area. b. Ventilation design: mechanical ventilation system is set in the garage, substation, refrigerating machine room, water pump room and warehouse in the basement; The central hall is equipped with a mechanical exhaust and smoke exhaust system, which operates 1-2 fans at ordinary times and 4 fans at the same time in case of accidents. c. Smoke control design: mechanical pressurized air supply system shall be designed for smoke control staircase and its shared antechamber, except that natural smoke exhaust system cannot be used. d. Smoke exhaust design: mechanical smoke exhaust system and mechanical air make-up system are set in the garage substation, refrigerator room, water pump room and warehouse in the basement; Mechanical smoke exhaust system shall be set in the inner walkway without natural smoke exhaust and the room without external window.
