Operation instruction plan for light steel keel gypsum board partition
1. During the construction of light steel keel partition wall, the installed items shall not be damaged in the work room, and the electrical pipes and equipment in the wall shall not be touched, dislocated or damaged. 2. The light steel skeleton and paper faced gypsum board shall be properly kept during storage and use to ensure no deformation, moisture, pollution and damage. 3. The installed doors and windows, floors, walls, windowsills, etc. at the construction site shall be protected to prevent damage. 4. The installed wall shall not be collided, and the wall shall not be damaged or polluted. 7、 Quality problems that should be paid attention to 1. Wall shrinkage deformation and slab surface cracks: the reason is that the vertical keel is close to the upper and lower keels, no extension and contraction is left, and the wall with a length of more than 2m is not provided with a control deformation joint, causing wall deformation. A 3mm gap shall be left around the partition wall to reduce deformation and cracks caused by temperature and humidity. 2. The connection of light steel skeleton is not firm, because the local nodes do not meet the structural requirements, and the local nodes should be treated strictly according to the drawing during installation. The nailing spacing, position and connection method shall meet the design requirements. 3. The unevenness of the wall cladding is mostly caused by two reasons: one is the lateral dislocation of keel installation, and the other is the inconsistent thickness of gypsum board.
