At present, the commonly used anti-collision crown block device is based on a single chip microcomputer, and the sensor is installed on the drum. However, because the temperature at the side of the drum exceeds 80 ℃ when working, the sensor is very easy to fail, and the single chip microcomputer is not suitable for long-term use in harsh environments. Therefore, based on the analysis of the working environment, principle and process of the intelligent anti-collision crown block device, this design uses PLC as the main controller. For the simulation derrick provided by the laboratory, the hardware system is composed of integrated operation amplifier circuit board, motor, drum, sensor and pulley; The small DC motor drives the drum winding to complete the lifting and lowering function of the traveling block hook, the sensor is placed on the fixed pulley in front of the drum, and the height is controlled by the number of turns of the pulley, while the PLC can simulate the operation process of the entire intelligent anti-collision crown block device and control it in time. The monitoring interface of the system is developed by MCGS configuration software, which can directly and quickly monitor the whole operation process of PLC in real time. Through the experimental study of the intelligent anti-collision crown block device, the running process of the entire device is simulated. The system realizes the automatic control and real-time monitoring of the intelligent anti-collision crown block device, meets the technical requirements of the device, and has certain reference significance for the research of the actual anti-collision crown block device.
