Design speed: 250km/h for passenger cars and below, 120km/h for freight cars (80km/h for C64 and C62) and below. Line condition: double track, straight line, curve, minimum curve radius 4000m, main line distance 4.6m. Environment category and action level: the ground structure without protective measures under general atmospheric conditions, the environment category is carbonization environment, and the action level is T1, T2. Design service life: the design service life of the beam structure under normal service conditions is 100 years. Check calculation type of long and large freight cars: this design only checks and calculates common D2, D30 and D35 trains when they pass. Construction method: this drawing is applicable to centralized prefabrication and erection of bridge erecting machine on site. Seismic intensity: this structure is applicable to areas with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees and below (seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.3g). Maintenance mode: no sidewalk inspection vehicle is set on the bridge.
Design principles and technical parameters:
(1) Structure:
The section type is single box, single room and simply supported box girder. The top plate and web at the beam end are locally thickened inward, and the bottom plate is thickened inward and outward respectively. Bridge deck width: the clear width inside the ballast wall is 9.0m, the clear width inside the sidewalk railing on the bridge is 12.1m, the bridge deck is 12.2m wide, and the total width of the bridge building is 12.48m. The length of the beam is 24.6m, the calculated span is 23.5m, the beam height at the center of the mid span section is 2.89m, the beam height at the center of the fulcrum section is 3.09m, and the center distance of the support across the bridge is 4.7m.
(2) Design load:
The thickness of ballast under sleeper is 35cm. Including the weight of rail, ballast, sleeper, waterproof layer, protective layer, sidewalk railing, shutter or sound barrier, protective wall, catenary pillar, cable trough cover plate, vertical wall and other ancillary facilities. The straight beam with sound barrier is 193.5KN/m, and the curved beam is 206.5kN/m; The straight beam of silent barrier is 174.5kN/m, and the curved beam is 187.4kN/m.
