Culvert gate construction organization design (dike reinforcement)
Contract name: investment project of dike reinforcement project Contract No.: this section is the 8th section of the investment project of dike reinforcement project in 2010, which is the culvert gate section, mainly including JZ Hongwei irrigation gate, JZ Daxing irrigation gate, SZ Baofeng irrigation gate, SZ wastebasket irrigation gate and SZ Laozui waterlogging gate. 1.1.2 Hydrometeorological conditions The project area is located in the upper middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with a subtropical monsoon climate, mild and humid, abundant rainfall, and long frost free period. The multi-year average temperature in the project area is 16.3 ℃, the annual extreme maximum temperature is 38.6 ℃, and the extreme minimum temperature is - 14.9 ℃. The annual average rainfall is 1094.5mm, the maximum rainfall over the years is 1854.3mm, and the annual average frost period is 108.6 days. The annual wind direction in the area is dominated by northeast wind and northerly wind, and the summer is dominated by southerly wind. The annual average wind speed is 2.1-2.8m/s, and the maximum instantaneous wind speed is 23m/s. In terms of hydrology, SH in the south of Jingjiang River is closely related to Jingjiang River, so the runoff and sediment discharge in this reach change with the relationship between the river and the lake. Between Jingnan and SH, the proportion of diversion and sediment distribution of the Ouhe River is gradually decreasing, and the proportion of diversion and sediment distribution of the SZ River and the Hudu River is increasing year by year. The Tiaoxian Estuary was built in 1958 for control. The water system in SH area of Jingnan is crisscrossed and complex. Except for SZ River West, most other rivers are cut off in dry season.
