The converter equipment mainly includes: converter body, support ring, bearing blocks at drive side and non drive side, converter tilting mechanism, etc. The main features of the 120t converter are: the connection mode between the converter and the supporting ring adopts spherical hinge support connection; The tilting device adopts four point meshing full suspension reducer; The converter adopts tapping after the furnace and charging before the furnace; The smelting process is top bottom combined blowing process. 2. Main installed material quantity 2.1 Converter body is composed of water-cooled furnace mouth, furnace body, converter slag baffle skirt, furnace body support seat and other parts. The total height of furnace body is 9.20m, the outer diameter of furnace shell is φ 6430 mm, and the total weight of converter equipment is 209t. 2.2 The supporting ring of converter is of welded box structure, 800mm wide, 2000mm high, with an inner diameter of φ 6800mm, an outer diameter of φ 8400mm, and a weight of 185t. 2.3 The trunnion bearing and the trunnion bearing on the drive side and non drive side of the bearing block are two sets of double row centripetal spherical roller bearings. The diameter of the inner ring of the bearing is φ 1180mm, and the diameter of the outer ring is φ 1540mm, which are installed in the bearing block. The driving side of trunnion bearing is the fixed end; The non drive side is free end, which can provide axial expansion compensation with temperature change. The trunnion bearing block is fixed on the bearing block support, and the bearing support and foundation are fixed with anchor anchor bolts. The total weight of the trunnion bearing on the transmission side is 43.36t, of which the weight of the fixed bearing seat is 19.28t, and the weight of the bearing support is 15.52t. The total weight of the trunnion bearing on the passive side is 47.44t, of which the weight of the bearing seat is 12.5t, the weight of the bearing support is 12.1t, and the weight of two hinged seats is 2.4t/piece. 2.4 Converter tilting mechanism The 120t converter tilting mechanism adopts a four point meshing full suspension flexible transmission device, and the torque balance mechanism is a torsion bar device. The tilting mechanism is mainly composed of four 110KW motors, four brakes, four primary reducers, a set of secondary reducers, torque rod torque balancing device, accident stop device, etc. Total weight of tilting device: 139.8t, of which each primary reducer weighs 12.5t, the secondary reducer weighs 64.55t, the torsion bar device weighs 13.62t, and each motor weighs 1.15t.
