The project overview is as follows: Wucun Reservoir is located in Wucun Village, Chenjiang Town, District A, which is one of the small one backbone reservoir projects in the charge of the town. The controlled catchment area above the reservoir dam site is 58.7 km2. Flood standard: the design flood standard return period is 50 years, the check flood is 500 years, the total storage capacity is 8.15 million m3, the check flood level is 123.24m, the design flood level is 122.4m, the corresponding storage capacity is 6.8 million m3, the normal water level is 122m, the corresponding normal storage capacity is 6.05 million m3, the dead water level is 116.6m, and the corresponding dead storage capacity is 30000 m3. The reservoir has a population of 800 and a cultivated land of 5000 mu. Over the years, it has brought great economic benefits to the industrial and agricultural production, living and foreign enterprises suppressed by Chenjiang. From January 2001 to May 2002, the reservoir was listed in the proposal of the Provincial People's Congress for the reinforcement of small reservoirs. The reinforcement projects include: reinforced concrete cut-off wall on the front slope of the hard shell dam, reinforced concrete facing on the overflow surface of the hard shell dam, and the reinforcement investment is 1.8712 million yuan. The structures of the reservoir hydroproject are mainly composed of the main dam, the auxiliary dam, the spillway, the power station behind the dam, the water conveyance culvert and other structures. The basic information of the main structures is as follows: the main dam is a masonry hard shell dam, with a dam crest length of 89.2m, a dam crest width of 3m, a maximum dam height of 15m, and a dam crest elevation of 125m. Although the main dam has been reinforced, the project is not up to standard, and the power station equipment is incomplete and aging, which needs to be updated. The auxiliary dam is a homogeneous earth dam arranged in a straight line. The dam crest is 186m long, 3.5m wide and 12.5m high. The upstream dam slope is 1:2.3, and the downstream dam slope is 1:1.79. The dam slope is lush, and there is no masonry slope protection in the upstream slope protection; The downstream slope toe has no inverted filter drainage facilities and is close to the fishpond. The spillway is a practical section; The open practical weir spillway with gate control is adopted. The net width of the weir crest is 39m, and the elevation of the weir crest is 120.0m. It is equipped with flat gate control, and the maximum discharge is 388 m3/s. There is a vertical shaft power station behind the dam, with an installed capacity of 100kw, design head of 7.6m, annual design power generation of 240000 kWh and annual utilization hours of 422h. One water conveyance culvert is a reinforced concrete pipe of circular culvert, with a diameter of 1m, a length of 118m, an inlet bottom elevation of 116.6m, and a maximum discharge of 4.0m3/s.
