Construction Organization Design Plan of Grand Theater
The project is located at No. 4, Shibei Hutong, Xicheng District, Beijing, with a total construction area of about 155000m2, and consists of three parts: the central building (202 District), the north building (201 District), and the south building (203 District). Among them, the central building is an ellipsoidal building with a long axis of 216.57m and a short axis of 145.57m, with a public hall, an opera house, a concert hall, a theater and a small theater, surrounded by pools; The building on the north side has two floors underground, with floor elevations of -7.00m and -11.50m respectively, including the main ticket hall, parking lot, entrance channel, etc; The building on the south side is three floors underground, with floor elevations of -7.00m, -11.50m and -18.00m respectively, including the ticket hall on the south side, fire vehicle entrance, cargo loading and unloading area and other supporting rooms. The design elevation ± 0.00 is initially determined as the absolute elevation of 46.00m, and the top elevation of the ellipsoid shell is+46.28m. The deepest part of the building is the opera house, and its indoor floor elevation is -41.00m. The lowest indoor floor elevation of the central building is - 28.60m and - 22.00m respectively. The project structure is divided into two unit systems. The building facade is an ellipsoidal steel structure shell, and the radial direction is a steel structure main frame formed by arc, variable cross-section, flange free, 6cm thick steel plate welding; Circumferential transverse members are made of steel pipes with a diameter of 194mm and a thickness of 5mm, which are connected to the main frame of radial steel structure through special spherical joints. The total weight of the steel structure is about 5000 tons, and the average weight of each steel frame is about 40 tons. The ellipsoid surface is decorated with titanium alloy plates, and glass curtain walls are installed in the middle of the north and south sides. The main structure inside the ellipsoid is a reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure system, with structural joints set at ± 0.00m and -7.00m respectively. One structural unit is below -7.00m, and three structural units are above -7.00m. Some main beams and columns adopt steel-concrete composite structure system. The ring beam of ellipsoidal shell base, stage opening and local large-span components adopt prestressed reinforced concrete structure. The north-south building structure, pool structure and central building main structure are separated. A settlement joint is set along the outer skin of the main structure.
