The boiler room is located on the first underground floor of the second commercial section of the project, which is the heating center of the whole project. It is equipped with gas boilers and heat exchangers to meet the requirements of air conditioning hot water in the first commercial section and domestic hot water in the second commercial section.
There are four gas vacuum boilers in the underground boiler room, with a capacity of 1400Kw; 2800Kw two sets. The 1400Kw boiler provides two kinds of heat medium temperatures. The temperature of high temperature water supply and return is 80/60 ° C, and the temperature of low temperature water supply and return is 60/50 ° C. The high temperature water takes domestic hot water through the heat exchange equipment and provides high temperature water for the swimming pool. The low temperature water directly provides heat source for the air conditioner, and the two boilers are standby for each other. Two 2800KW boilers provide a heat medium temperature, and the supply and return water temperature is 60/50 ° C, which directly provides heat source for air conditioners. There is one boiler providing domestic hot water with a capacity of 1400KW, including 1000KW hot water heat in high area and 400KW hot water heat in low area. There are three boilers providing air-conditioned hot water with a capacity of 7000KW. The rated thermal efficiency of the boiler is 91%. The boiler room is equipped with a heat source integrated controller to control the boiler gas volume by monitoring the operating parameters such as total water supply temperature, return water temperature, exhaust gas temperature and water supply pressure
