This project is the thermal power station engineering design of a residential district heating project; The heating station project is located on the basement of Building 2 #, with a net height of 3.5m. The heating station is divided into heating and domestic hot water parts; The heating system is divided into two systems, namely, the high system and the low system, for the heating of buildings 2 # and 3 #, and the domestic hot water system is divided into three systems, namely, the high system, the medium system and the low system, for the domestic hot water of buildings 1 #, 2 # and 3 #. The heating part of the station is equipped with two sets of heat exchange units, the high zone model is RPWW-CN1500X2, the low zone model is RPWW-CN1650X2, and the domestic hot water part is equipped with one set of heat exchange unit, the model is RPWW-CN1000X2, and the circulating water pumps are all equipped with variable frequency adjustable speed motors.
This drawing includes: a complete set of typical construction drawings of the heat exchange station, such as the process flow diagram of the heat exchange station, the detail drawing of the water collecting cylinder, the plan view of the pipe support and lifting points of the heat exchange station, the section view of the heat exchange station, the elevation view of the softened water tank, etc.
