Project name: Subcontracting project for supply and installation of fine decoration of electromechanical connection of Beijing ***** Hotel, with a total construction area of more than 89000 square meters, including 61300 square meters above the ground and 27900 square meters underground. After completion, it will be a comprehensive building integrating high-end office buildings, five-star hotels, leisure and entertainment. The whole building is composed of three floors underground, four floors above ground podium, 13 floors hotel and 21 floors office building, with a building height of 90.45m. The podium on the first to fourth floors is mainly equipped with shopping malls, restaurants, swimming pools, gyms, etc. The basement is mainly equipped with staff dining room, laundry room, power transformation and distribution room, refrigeration station, reclaimed water machine room, domestic fire pump room and underground parking garage, of which the underground mezzanine and the garage on the third underground floor are also used as Grade VI civil air defense.
