Chlorpyrifos pesticide waste water treatment process planning
Abstract: Chlorpyrifos is widely used in agricultural production because of its low toxicity, high efficiency and broad-spectrum bactericidal properties. However, during the production process, a large amount of wastewater will be produced, which contains high concentration of organic substances. The pesticide intermediates contained in the wastewater have stable chemical properties, poor biodegradability, difficult decomposition, strong toxicity, high chroma and pungent odor. These have seriously polluted the environment. Chlorpyrifos pesticide wastewater was treated by micro electrolysis ClO2 catalytic oxidation biological contact oxidation process. In the micro electrolysis process, the pH is 4, the retention time is 1h, the COD removal rate is 50%, and the chroma removal rate is 90%; In the catalytic oxidation process, the pH is 6-7, the dosage of ClO2 is 1000mg/L, the retention time is 1h, the removal rate is 98%, and the chroma removal rate is 99%; Finally, the biological contact oxidation method is used for treatment, and the effluent meets the Class I discharge standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge (GB8978-1996).
