The second floor is a multi-function hall and a coffee lounge. The third floor and above are mainly guest rooms. There are 770 natural rooms in total (686 standard rooms, 42 double rooms). The project is a frame shear wall structure, with a total building area of 89690m2 (11880 m2 underground and 77810 m2 above ground) and a total height of 70.80m. The relative elevation ± 0.000 is equal to the absolute elevation value (Yellow Sea system) 415.30m. The seismic fortification of the project is Class C, the seismic fortification intensity is 8 degrees, the structural safety level is Level II, and the service life of the structure is 50 years. The building is classified as Class A, and the design grade of foundation and foundation is Class A. The fire resistance rating is Grade I, and the fire protection rating is Grade I. The water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, electrical air conditioning, and elevator equipment are complete. The foundation adopts reinforced concrete precast pipe piles, with a pile diameter of 500, a design pile length of 32 meters, and a total of 1399 design piles. The main building foundation is full pile raft foundation, and the podium building is pile cap foundation under column and wall.
