3、 Main contents of supervision: The supervision of the * * Garden (Economically Affordable Housing) Project of Kunming * * Corporation in Yunnan Province mainly covers the whole process of supervision during the construction phase, and the main contents are as follows: 1. According to the design estimate (budget) of the construction drawings, assist the owner to organize the joint review of drawings, make records, and write the minutes of joint review. 2. Assist the Owner to prepare for the commencement, prepare the commencement report, review the gray line, and issue the commencement order. 3. Review the construction organization design, construction technical scheme, construction schedule, quality assurance system and construction safety protection measures proposed by the contractor. 4. Urge and inspect the contractor to strictly implement the project contract and national engineering technical specifications and standards, and coordinate the relationship between the owner and the contractor. 5. Confirm the quality of sub divisional works, sub divisional works and unit works of the contractor, and carry out on-site supervision on important parts and key processes. 6. Check the quantity and quality of materials, components, fittings and equipment provided by the contractor or the owner, as well as the unit price of non quota materials. Have the right to prevent the above units from transporting unqualified materials and equipment to the site. 7. Assist the Owner in organizing construction drawing disclosure, supporting the design change certification and construction site certification. 8. Organize and participate in the project coordination meeting once a month and the project meeting once a week, make minutes, mediate the disputes between the parties involved in various contracts related to the project construction, and assist the owner in handling claims. 9. Urge and inspect the operation of the contractor's "quality and safety assurance system". 10. Organize the inspection and acceptance of subdivisional works and concealed works, and issue project payment certificates. 11. Assist the Owner to review the contract documents, technical archives and completion acceptance data. 12. Implement project quality, progress and cost management and control as required by the Owner. 13. Timely provide complete supervision files and regularly prepare supervision reports. 14. Assist the Owner to organize the preliminary acceptance of project handover; Participate in the completion acceptance of the project, and submit the application report of handover or completion acceptance. 15. Be responsible for checking the project conditions during the warranty period, urging the contractor to pay a return visit, and supervising the warranty until the specified quality standards are met.
