The steel structure part of the project mainly includes the main steel structures (steel columns, steel beams, crane beams), secondary steel structures (inter column and roof supports, wall purlins and roof purlins, skylight frames, gutters), maintenance structures (roof panels, wall panels, daylighting panels, insulation cotton, etc.) of the frame workshop, cab workshop, plastic parts and chassis paint workshop, cab paint workshop, general assembly workshop, overhead corridor And interlayer, maintenance steel ladder and other auxiliary structures. ① Frame and cab workshop: single-layer steel structure industrial plant, with a total building area of 46080m2, a total length of 384m, and a total width of 120m. The width direction of the plant is divided into five spans of 24m, and the building facade is high and low span (1~3 spans are low spans, cornice height is 12.5m, 4~5 spans are high spans, cornice height is 17.2m). Two 32/10t bridge cranes are set for the fourth and fifth spans respectively. Wall: brick wall with elevation below 1.4m, double-layer color steel plate with insulation cotton above 1.4m. Roof: single-layer color steel plate+PVC waterproof coiled material. ② Paint workshop (plastic parts and chassis paint workshop, cab paint workshop): three floor industrial workshop, with a total height of 25.2m. The total building area of the plant is 18490m2, the total length is 386m, the total width is 48m, and the width direction is divided into two 24m spans. Wall: brick wall with elevation below 1.4m, double-layer color steel plate with insulation cotton above 1.4m. Roof: single-layer color steel plate+PVC waterproof coiled material.
