Design content: central air conditioning and ventilation engineering design from the first floor to the 14th floor, basement smoke control engineering design, central air conditioning refrigerator room engineering design, staircase and front room pressurized air supply and smoke control design.
The cooling load of air conditioner in this project is QL=642.5KW. The air conditioning system of fan coil unit plus fresh air is adopted for the system, the full air system is adopted for large space, and the water system is a differential system. The air conditioning fresh air system adopts a low-speed air duct air system. According to the different suspended ceilings, the air distribution adopts up supply and up return or side supply and up return, the air supply outlet adopts a diffuser or a louver, and the air return outlet adopts a single-layer louver air return outlet.
The public toilet is equipped with room ventilator to meet the air exchange rate of 10 times/h. The exhaust fan is selected in the toilet and connected to the shaft with air duct. The smoke control staircase and the front room and the front room of the fire elevator room shall use the external windows for natural smoke exhaust as far as possible. If natural smoke exhaust cannot be used, a positive pressure air supply system shall be set in the smoke control staircase and the front room shared by the smoke control staircase and the fire elevator. The basement equipment room shall adopt a mechanical smoke exhaust system and a mechanical air make-up system. The forced draft fan is located on the roof of the podium. The kitchen is equipped with a mechanical air exhaust system for normal air exhaust. At the same time, a mechanical air supply system is also provided to ensure the effect of air exhaust. Independent mechanical air supply and exhaust systems are set in the dining room compartments, sauna rooms and other internal rooms.
