1. Cast cast-in-place pile of abutment, cast in place cushion cap, box chamber abutment body, cap beam and install main bridge bearing after passing the inspection. 2. Support erection: the support shall be firm and meet the construction requirements through preloading (it is recommended to use temporary bored pile as the support foundation). 3. Hoist the prefabricated tie rod in place, cast the tie rod joint, end and inner beam in situ (symmetrically from both ends to the middle of the span), and tension the first batch of prestressed reinforcement of the tie rod after the concrete strength reaches 90% of the design strength. 4. The bent frame for installing arch ribs and wind braces shall be erected, the prefabricated arch rib sections and wind braces shall be hoisted, and the joints of arch ribs and wind braces shall be cast in situ. The suspender shall be initially tightened after the concrete strength of the installation joint reaches 90% of the design strength, and the initial tension control force shall be 150 KN. 5. Tension the second batch of prestressed tendons of tie rods. 6. Tension the first batch of prestressed tendons of the beam, lay the carriageway slab (symmetrically from both ends to the middle of the span), cast in situ wet joints, bridge deck pavement and guardrails, and tension the suspender. The tension control force is 350 KN, and the tension of the suspender is mainly controlled by the bridge deck elevation. 7. Tension the second batch of prestressed tendons of the beam. 8. Tension the third batch of prestressed tendons of tie rods. 9. During the tensioning of beam and tie bar prestressing tendon and the tightening of both ends of suspender, the tie bar, arch rib displacement and bridge deck elevation shall be strictly monitored so as to take timely adjustment measures.
