Construction organization design of small revetment in Jiangsu (river regulation)
Brief introduction to the general construction procedure: this plan mainly considers to ensure the quality and duration of the retaining wall, focusing on the control of the construction of earthworks and the masonry of revetment works, the backfilling of earthwork behind the wall, and how to complete the construction tasks within the scheduled duration with quality and quantity guaranteed. (1) First of all, when excavating the foundation trench earthwork mechanically, part of the earthwork is dammed with straw bags, and the dam body is reinforced. The dam body is required to be watertight, the upper and lower layers are staggered, and stacked tightly and orderly. (2) Two 6-inch water pumps (one for standby) are set beside the cofferdams on both sides to drain water day and night, and keep them in working condition during the construction period, so as to drain water into the south river channel in case of flood season. (3) Weeds, silt, garbage and natural soil on both sides of the river shall be excavated. (4) Recheck the bench mark, add temporary bench mark, plane control point and guide pile after the plane control pile is correct with the design, and report to the supervisor for verification. (5) According to the difference between the original ground elevation and the design value of the foundation pit, a WC2000 excavator is used to excavate the earth to 10cm higher than the design elevation, and then the tooth groove is leveled and excavated. (6) When the foundation excavation on both sides has completed two working faces (60m) respectively, the retaining wall foundation pouring and wall body masonry shall be carried out. (7) At the same time of foundation excavation - foundation pouring - wall masonry on both sides, carry out the excavation of the foundation pit on the next section, backfill the earth behind the abutment, and keep the parallel construction on both sides at the same time. The two sides move forward on both sides, forming a flow process construction method of revetment - river channel - backfill. (8) The surplus earthwork shall be disposed (discarded or stacked) according to the requirements of the owner, and there shall be no accumulated earthwork within 3m behind the abutment. 2. Temporary construction facilities (1) Access road and transportation: this project is a revetment masonry project. According to the site conditions, the main materials will be transported by truck and enter the site by land. The installed capacity of the project is considered to be about 35KVA, and the power supply (supplied by Party A) can be connected to the use point. Tap water is considered as the drinking water for the construction site, which is connected to the construction site through the tap water pipe network. (2) Temporary housing: borrow vacant land near the project scope and set up temporary work shed. The planned number of residents on the site is about 40, with office area of 20m2, canteen area of 20m2, material and tool warehouse area of 20m2, cement shed area of 40m2, toilet area of 10m2, and staff dormitory area of 100m2. The total construction area is 210m2. 3. Construction management: see the construction management system diagram (1). (2) The Project Management Department consists of technicians, constructors, quality inspectors, safety officers, materialmen and accountants. 4. See the labor force distribution balance and financial plan for details of labor force organization (1) Revetment construction team: 14 masonry workers, 4 masonry workers, 6 general workers, 4 carpenters, 4 concrete workers, a total of 32 people. (2) Mechanical team: 2 electricians, 2 mechanics, 14 motor vehicles of the Mechanical Department, and 18 planned workers. The above labor force totals 50 people. 5. Construction machinery and equipment: see the list of main construction machinery. 3、 Construction method: 1. Main material supply and concrete mixing method: (1) The cement to be purchased must be stored in a warehouse and kept by a specially assigned person. The cement to be warehoused shall be stacked separately according to the cement type, mark number and date of departure from the factory, with obvious signs to ensure first come first use. The cement shall be stacked strictly against moisture. The cement to be warehoused must have a certificate of conformity and a quality assurance certificate, After mobilization, samples shall be taken for inspection as required.
