A full set of CAD drawings for the building design of a rural public rental house

This document is a complete set of architectural design cad construction drawings of a village villa, including villa plan, villa elevation, and villa section. The design is accurate and can be used for reference.

The project is the design and construction drawing of a 26 story shear wall structure public rental housing building. The drawing mainly includes: architectural design description, building energy efficiency design description, floor plan, roof plan, elevation, section, stair detail, node detail, door and window table, door and window detail, toilet detail, etc.

This project is a public rental housing project for teachers. It has five floors above the ground. The building covers an area of 189.6 ㎡, with a total building area of 1067.66 ㎡. The rammed expanded pile foundation is adopted. The foundation design level is C, and the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees.

The structural professional drawings include: general description of structural design, foundation structure layout plan, pile detail drawing, column structure layout plan, beam structure layout plan, slab structure layout plan, stairs and other detailed drawings, totaling 10 drawings.

Architectural drawings include 15 drawings in total, including general description of architectural design, plan, elevation, section and detail drawings.
