[Shenzhen] Water supply pipeline drawing of a road reconstruction project
1、 Overview Songbai Road is located in the northwest of Shenzhen and the middle of Bao'an District. The design of Songbai Road water supply reconstruction project starts from Baimang Checkpoint, passes Yingrenshi (designed by Nanchang Institute), passes through Shiyan, the south edge of Guangming Street, passes through the middle of Gongming, and ends at Songgang. In this design, the second section (K14+160~K17+880) has water supply, rainwater, telecommunication power and other pipelines. In order to cooperate with the construction and reconstruction of the fifth section of the road and meet the water demand of the public facilities around the road and the fire water demand, the water supply works of the current section will be reconstructed according to the planning requirements. The design principle of the water supply pipeline: try to use the existing pipeline as far as possible according to the plan, abolish the pipeline that cannot be used and seriously affects other disciplines, and build a new water supply pipeline. The scope of design for reconstruction of water supply works in this section: the reconstruction mileage of water supply pipes on both sides of Songbai section is about 3720m. The water supply pipes laid on the current section mainly include: DN150, DN300 and DN400 water supply pipes are laid on the west side of Songbai Road, and DN150, DN400 and DN800 water supply pipes are laid on the east side. Most of the existing DN150, DN300, DN400 and DN800 water supply pipelines in the west and east are arranged outside the red line of the reconstructed road, which can keep the existing pipelines unchanged. The layout of other parts is not standardized. The direction is to bypass the road at will and cross the existing structures. The buried depth follows the roadside ground elevation. The pipelines in some sections are directly supported on the ground. The existing road is a Class I highway, and the water supply pipeline is not equipped with fire hydrants and other fire-fighting facilities. The existing water supply pipeline can not meet the design requirements of municipal roads, so the water supply pipe diameter is determined according to the current water supply pipe diameter and actual water consumption during road reconstruction.
