The underground foundation is an independent foundation. The elevation of the foundation bottom is - 6.0 m, the height of the first floor above the ground is 3.9 m, and the height of other floors is 3.6 m; The width of the building axis is 19.075m, the length of the axis is 51.2m, and the column spacing is 7.2m. 2.3 Building structure form: frame structure; The design service life of the building is 50 years, the building engineering grade is Grade 3, the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees, and the fire resistance rating is Grade 2. 2.4 Stratum structure 2.4.1 Miscellaneous fill of layer 1: grayish brown, mainly composed of broken bricks, crushed stones, silt, etc., slightly wet and loose, thickness: 1.30-2.90m, average 2.4m; 2.4.2 Two layers of arable soil: dark brown, mainly silt, containing plant farming system, rich in organic matter, slightly wet and loose. It is widely distributed in the site, with a thickness of 0.3-0.6m and an average of 0.41m; 2.4.3 3-1 Yellow dark brown, with developed pores, moderate shaking response, dull response, lower strength, low toughness, slightly wet, slightly dense. Thickness: 0.40-0.90m, 0.65m on average; 2.4.4 Four layers of round gravel: yellowish brown, mainly composed of granite, gneiss and tuff, with a grain size of 0.2-5cm in general and more than 10cm in maximum, filled with sand, gravel accounting for 50-70%, mostly sub round, roundness, good smoothness, slightly wet saturated, slightly dense medium dense. This layer is not penetrated 2.4.5 Silty sand of layer 4-1: grayish brown, mainly composed of quartz and feldspar, containing a small amount of gravel locally, with relatively uniform grain quality, slightly wet and slightly dense. Thickness: 0.2-0.2m, average 0.2m. 2.5 Groundwater condition: the minimum value is 3.80m, the maximum value is 6.40m, and the average value is 5.17m. The groundwater type of the site is phreatic water. The rise and fall of the groundwater level is closely related to the rise and fall of the Wulie River and atmospheric precipitation. According to the experience of Chengde area, groundwater is not corrosive to concrete. In this project, 4 layers of round gravel are taken as the foundation bearing stratum, and 4-1 layers of silt are penetrated, and independent foundation is adopted; The range of groundwater level in the area is 1.50-2.00m; The standard frozen soil depth in the area is 1.26m
