It is planned to be 42m (to be implemented in the long term), and 30m in the middle will be implemented in the short term. The road is north-south with a total length of 2578.231m. The bridge has three spans of 10+13+10=33m, and the existing bridge crossing the river has three spans of 13+13+13=39m. In this design, the road is considered to be connected with the existing bridge.
The standard cross section of 30m road is determined as: 12.5m (roadway)+5m (median)+12.5m (roadway).

The cross section layout of both bridges is 0.25m railing+2.75m non shared slab+14m motorway+2.75m non shared slab+0.25m railing. Precast concrete slabs are used for pedestrian and non pedestrian slab roads, which are built on small longitudinal beams. The small longitudinal beams are 30cm higher than the driving lane, and the cross slope is 2.5%. The hole arrangement of box culvert is a 4m box culvert with one hole. The central stake number of the culvert is 1+874. The center line of the box culvert is orthogonal to the road heading direction. The cross section of box culvert is arranged as 0.25m railing+3.5m sidewalk+3.5m non motorized lane+11.5m motorway+2m median+17.25m motorway+3.5m non motorized lane+3.5m sidewalk+0.25m railing=45.25m. A DN300 sewage pipe interface is reserved at certain intervals along the road plot. The diameter of the sewage main pipe is DN400, and the total length of the pipeline is about 3115 meters.
