A 50m reinforced concrete arch bridge of an extra large bridge approach was constructed by cast-in-situ method. With the cooperation of a municipal design and research institute and a bridge design and research institute, the traditional support method was improved and improved, forming a construction method of gantry support, preloading and arch adjustment, curve control, subsection without ring, symmetric multi-point pouring. It not only improves the work efficiency, but also ensures the project quality. This achievement has been completed, and the construction method has been summarized. 2. Construction method characteristics The prominent characteristics of the prestressed continuous arch bridge constructed by the portal frame in sections and without ring separation are: (1) The portal frame is light and simple, easy to construct, fast to erect, and easy to adjust; (2) No large equipment, low construction cost; (3) Preloading shall be carried out before pouring to accumulate original data to ensure safety, and equivalent preloading shall be adopted to reduce labor intensity; (4) The bamboo and wood combined formwork is used to lift and erect in sections, and the rib arch curve after pouring is beautiful; (5) Segmentation is not divided into rings to reduce the early shrinkage and splicing of concrete and ensure the internal quality and external beauty of concrete. (6) Symmetrical multi-point pumping concrete pouring ensures support safety and improves concrete pouring speed.
