This project is a residential building in Taibai Community, Xi'an, with a floor area of 4266 and a total of 6 floors. The building function is civil residence, and all buildings are used for heating and water supply and drainage.
Design content: The indoor heating design of the residential building requires household metering. In the calculation of heating heat load, the basic heat consumption of the residential building, the heat consumption of the enclosure structure correction, the heat consumption of cold air infiltration, etc. should be correctly calculated, and the enclosure structure should be checked to see whether it meets the requirements of the minimum heat transfer resistance. In the calculation of heat dissipation equipment, Determine the type of heat dissipation equipment and the number of heat dissipation equipment in each room. In the hydraulic calculation of the pipeline, determine the most unfavorable loop and calculate the number of the pipeline to achieve hydraulic balance.
Heating system design:
1. Heating source: the heating source of this project is from the district heating station, and the design temperature of hot water supply and return is 95-70 ℃.
2. Heating system: the indoor heating system is a single pipe parallel flow system with upper supply and lower return. Each group of radiators is equipped with a three-way regulating valve. The heating system of this project is equipped with household metering. The heat metering device is located in the pipe trench at the unit inlet. The indoor radiators are installed with evaporative or electronic heat distribution meters. The selection of heat distribution meters is comprehensively considered by Party A, Refer to Shaanxi 02N1~2 (Page 20) for the unit inlet heat metering device. The radiators of this project are M-132 type, and the working pressure is 0.8MPa 7 drawings.
