Content Introduction This project is an air conditioning reconstruction project, with a total cooling load of 735.3KW and 7-12 ℃ chilled water. According to Party A's requirements, the office building adopts the original heating system in winter. Drawings include design description, air conditioning plan, system diagram, schematic diagram, etc.

The refrigeration mode of air-cooled heat pump+fresh air is adopted, in which the air-cooled heat pump unit is a modular unit, which adopts district refrigeration. 5. The air conditioning system is designed with fan coil unit and independent fresh air. The office adopts the way of concealed fan coil unit side air supply and downward air return in the bedroom. The air conditioning water system is designed as a closed two pipe different process system, and a balance valve is installed to adjust the flow balance. Condensate shall be discharged to the toilet floor drain or roof drain pipe on the sixth floor according to the principle of nearby drainage. Each floor is equipped with an independent mechanical fresh air system, and fresh air outlets are set in the corridor to adjust the temperature and fresh air status; In the transition season, the air conditioning host can not be turned on, but the new air system can be turned on separately. After being processed by the ceiling type air handling unit, the fresh air is sent to the office in parallel with the fan coil unit. In the meeting room, the air conditioning mode of downward air supply is adopted, and the fresh air pipe is connected to the fan coil unit air supply pipe. 　　

The central air conditioning system design plan of an office building in Beijing shows that the total building area of the project is 12379.05m2. The first, first, second, third and fourth floors of the basement consider central air conditioning, and the current function is office. Fire pump room shall be considered for equipment room, and the actual location shall be determined by Party A according to the appearance of the site environment. The air conditioning area is about 9345m2.

Design scope: The design scope of this project mainly includes the design of the central air-conditioning system of the whole building. This project is a large space office building. Bedroom fan coil units are used at the ends of the first to third floors underground. The fourth floor adopts vertical surface mounted fan coil. Air cooled modular units are used as cold and heat sources. The cooling load index is 150-165w/m2.

Project overview: The total construction area of the project is 43793.9 square meters. (The above ground building area is 36882.9 square meters, and the underground building area is 6911 square meters). The building has two floors underground and twenty-four floors above the ground, with a building height of 98.5m.
