Recording materials for technical disclosure of tile roof engineering
1. The quality of the tile must meet the design requirements and should have a factory certificate. The cement strength grade shall not be lower than 42.5, and the sand content shall not exceed 3%. The horizontal tile layer adopts 1:2 cement mortar, and the thinnest part shall not be less than 20mm. 2. The tiles shall be handled with care and shall not be collided, thrown, and stacked neatly. The stacking height on the inclined roof shall not exceed 5 pieces. It is strictly prohibited to stack at cornice to prevent slipping. 3. Tiles shall be paved from cornice tiles. Two tile pull lines shall be fixed at both ends before tiles are paved. A diagonal line shall be drawn from the ridge to the cornice to ensure that tiles are straight, neat and beautiful. Each tile must be nailed with 8cm long cement nails without exposing the nail head. Mortar must be full when tiling. 4. The tiling sequence is from top to top, from left to right, and the cornice tile protrudes out of the cornice by about 5cm. The left, right, upper and lower tiles shall be in close groove without warping and looseness. The overlap of ridge tile and flat tile shall not be less than 4cm on each side. 5. The nail hole on the tile shall be drilled with a percussion drill to prevent the tile from being damaged when the cement nail is fixed. 6. Along the side tiles of the machine room wall, 1:2 cement mortar plaster tape shall be applied to seal the tiles, with a width of 5cm and a thickness of 3cm. After the plaster tape is completed, the tile surface shall be cleaned in time. 7. When the mortar strength does not meet the requirements after the tile is paved by the mortar horizontal mortar method, it is not allowed to walk or tread on it. 8. It is not allowed to install expansion bolts, chisel holes and embed supports on the finished tile surface. 9. Before the roof tile panel is painted, the sundries must be cleared in advance to avoid the tools and accessories falling to the ground, causing damage to the paint surface. The tile paint surface should have the same color and should not pollute the wall.
